1. Go to My computer properties.
2. Then go to System Properties.
3. Now click on "Advanced"
4. Then click on setting as shown in below fig.
5. Now tick on custom.
6.Then unchecked "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop"
7. Then Apply and ok.
