1. Charging Your battery up 80%.
2. Install your Devices driver in your computer.
3. Your device must be rooted and install CWM/TWRP recovery.

4. Download Official Android 4.4.2 :- Click Here to Download
Installation Process:-
1. Download official Android 4.4.2 Update.Zip file and paste to the internal storage of your Nexus 7.
2. Now switch off your device.
3. Boot in to recovery mode. Press and Hold "Power + Volume UP + Volume Down"
4. Then Select "Choose Install.Zip" then "select.Zip" and choose the Android 4.4.2 update.zip file.
5. After the Installation is complete reboot your device.
