Update Samsung Galaxy S4 GPe to Android 5.0 Lollipop Official Firmware.

This is the update custom ROM tutorial of Samsung Galaxy S4 GPe. Pre-Requisites to Updating your Android device.

1.       Follow this procedure only and only Android Device with the specific model number.

2.      Your device must be charged more than 80% of battery level.

3.      Make sure you have all the backup of your internal and external stored files.

4.      Backup all your important contacts

5.      Backup all your important SMS messages

6.      Make sure you have USB debugging mode enabled.

7.      Don’t Try to flash this Updating process to any other Device

8.   You must have to Install CWM Recovery on your Android Device. (Must Required)

Download Tools Requirements:- 

1.      Download ROM:- Click Here to Download

2.   Download GAPPS for Lollipop:- Click Here to Download

Installation Process:-

1.      Download custom ROM.

2.      Copy and paste (Custom ROM) on your SD card.

3.      Now start your device with recovery mode. Click Here to Guide

4.      Go to backup & restore --->Select backup (wait 10 to 15 minutes)

 

 

5.     After select “Wipe data/ Factory Reset” ----> yes this will clear all previous ROM data and your application.

 

6.      Select “Wipe Cache Partition” ----> Yes

 

 

7.     Then go to advanced ----> Select “Wipe Dalvik Cache” -----> Yes

8.    Then go to “Install Zip from sdcard” ---> Choose Zip from sdcard-----> Select Zip file to sdcard (Select custom ROM)

9.   Select “Yes” to installation is start.

10. Then go to “Install Zip from sdcard” ---> Choose Zip from sdcard-----> Select Zip GAPPS file to sdcard. (This step is not necessary for all the android device so you can skip this step)

11.   Reboot your device after installation is complete.

12.  Enjoy
Note: - The phone will take 10-15 minutes to start and initialize all the services & application because this is the first time you are starting a phone after installing custom ROM. So don’t be hesitate and wait for complete process.
