How to Flash:-
Step-1:- First of all you have to Download and Install Android USB Driver on your computer or laptop [if you have to already install Android USB driver on your computer then skip this step].
Step-2:- Download Official Stock Firmware ROM [PAC] for your Model on your computer.
Step-3:- Download and Extract Spreadtrum Upgrade Tools on your computer. After extracting you will be able to see the following screen on your computer.
Step-4:- After Extract Run “ResearchDownload.exe” on your computer and you will be able to see the following screen.
Step-5:- Switch off your Android device.
Step-6:- Now, Connect your Android device to the computer will original USB cable.
Step-7:- Your device is connected successfully to the computer then Click on “Load Packed” button.
Step-8:- Now select .Pac File [See the Following screen]
Step-9:- After successfully added .Pac file in Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool then click on Start Button to start flashing process.
Step-10:- Once, after flashing process is completed then the Android device will restart automatically.
Step-11:- Once, Flashing process is completed, you will be able to see the Green Passed massage in Spreadtrum Upgrade Tools.
Step-12:- Now, you have to successfully update your Android device using Spreadtrum Upgrade Tools.
Congratulations, Your Android Device is successfully updated to the official stock Firmware ROM using Spreadtrum Upgrade Tools.
