How to Install TWRP Recovery on HTC One M8

Today, in this guide we’ll show you how to install the TWRP Recovery on HTC One 2014 (M8). After the installation of custom recovery on the phone, you can enjoy lots of custom ROMs and mods on the device. The guide is simple and takes a few minutes to complete the process. Before this first you have to unlock the bootloader of the device, you can find the guide below to unlock the bootloader. Once unlocked, we’re going to flash the TWRP recovery. 

Pre-Requisites to Install TWRP Recovery on your Android device.

1.       Follow this procedure only and only if you have Android Device with the specific model number.

2.      Your device should be charged more than 80%.

3.      Make sure you have all the backup of your internal and external stored files.

4.      Make sure you have USB debugging mode enabled.

5.      Make sure you have rooted your deice

6.      Don’t Try to install this TWRP Recovery over any other Device

TWRP Recovery Installation Process:-

1.      Unlock the bootloader of your android device.

2.      Download One Click TWRP Recovery and extract the folder on your desktop.

3.   Disable Fastboot on your HTC one (M8), go to setting >>Select Power (or Batter) and there, look for the option Fast boot. Now power off your android device.

4.      Open the TWRP installer that you’re downloaded on your desktop.

5.      Connect your device to the  PC

6.  From the TWRP installer folder Run the “1-click-twrp-recovery-installer.bat” file and follow the instruction like “Press any key to continue..”

7.   Once the TWRP recovery is flashed successfully on your HTC one M8 your device will reboot automatically to TWRP recovery.
